This was a two issue tutorial for Web Designer magazine creating a 3D platform game in WebGL with the ThreeJS Library. The tutorial was to show how to create a multilevel game. At present there are only two levels however the architecture is there to add more levels to the game.
The game features models brought in from C4D via the ThreeJS Editor. There are a number of post processing effects like Bloom, Vignette and Film Shader that enhance the look of the game. There are also dynamic shadows created from a light within the game.
Controls are simple, arrow keys to move and jump around. The goal is to get the key and escape the room before the water rises.
